FEMSTEM is an Erasmus+ project catered for the STEM students, academics, educators and experts. Using a cross-sectoral and transnational approach, the project will develop a digital bridge with an e-Toolkit, national bridge camps, mentorship & work shadowing placements, as well as a transnational virtual FemSTEM Summit. The project will also develop a Mentors Zone featuring virtual profiles of Women STEM Academic and Industry Experts across the EU with opportunities for direct communication, and mentorship provision.

Objectives

Advance the capacities of Higher Education Institutions to promote the participation of women in STEM

O2

Create bridges of collaboration between women STEM students, women STEM Industry and Academic Experts and Higher Education Insitutions.

O3

Orchestrate a cross-sectoral and transnatonal cooperation to promote women participation in STEM in the higher education context

O4

Adopt participatory action research methodology in the design and development of the project activities through co-creation groups.
